At Thailand Betta Fish, we want you to feel as vibrant as our namesake. If your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
